Product was shipped received in good time and condition, exactly as described with a good price. Fun little details in the carriages moving parts, it's fun and I think my partner really enjoyed assembly.
However this was my only online purchase in months and over the Christmas break my card details were compromised and a large number of attempted transactions were detected by my bank, thankfully no money was lost.
It was a little bit of a hassle for me but could have cost me $1000's in losses. No fault in Robotime Aus but they may want to flag this with their IT department and look into any potential security breaches.... Best of luck with that, this is also why I rarely shop online unless I have to, even trustworthy companies are getting targeted by crims.
